This recent addition to the Weight Watcher collection truly illustrates that no food is a sin when you are following the Weight Watcher Program. The recipes are arranged by type and they definitely do not sound like diet food. There are recipes for Bacon, Egg and Cheese Casserole, Pork and Rice-Stuffed Cabbage, Berry and Cream Cheese Open-Face Sandwiches, Fettuccine with Gorgonzola and Toasted Walnuts, and Boston Cream Pie. Mexican, Italian, German, and Moroccan are a sampling of the international flavors of the all-time favorites. The recipes that are suitable for Weight Watchers’ Core Plan are marked with an icon, and POINTS [R] are listed for the Flex Plan. Nutritional information is also included, and each recipe is followed by a suggestion or hint. Although some of the recipes are similar to those in other Weight Watchers cookbooks, fans of the system will enjoy this new source. My favorite section was the slow cooker recipes. I like to set it and forget it! I would have preferred more photos since I like to see how things are “supposed” to turn out, however, this is a great addition to my cookbook collection.

One of the network marketing strategies that I find very useful is building relationships. A lot of sincere, earnest people get into network marketing with the plan of learning everything they possibly can about their company’s products or service. Some of them actually become an expert. Unfortunately, that is a total waste of time. If you were going to sell a product, it might make some sense. But this business is about building relationships rather than selling product … because you are not a salesperson. If you have to convince people to buy your product, then you are dead before you start. And even if you can do it, you won’t be able to train anyone else to sell a product. Selling isn’t duplicatable. Instead, what you must do is become an expert on people, because in network marketing, people are your REAL product. Your job is to help people achieve their dreams in life. To do that, you must get to understand them. You must build trust with them. You must build a relationship. That’s the most important thing. So what you really need to get good at is relationship-building skills. You need to become a very good listener, so you understand exactly what the people you talk to want. And then you help them get it. To achieve their goals, they will buy your products … if YOU have built that relationship with them.

To have a successful, serious, stable network marketing income go on autoship. Autoship means they get their product every month, charged to their credit card. Which also means you have a bunch of orders definitely coming in every month, which means you start each month with a certain income base, and it increases from there? If you explain the autoship to your customers, they will sign up for it, because they are also serious about building an income they can depend on. Let them know the advantages. The exact reasons will vary from one company to another, but here are 4 possibilities. Your autoship products make perfect prospect samples. That means that your autoship expense is 100% tax deductible, because it is a business expense. For tax purposes, keep a record of the free samples you give. Also, some companies provide you a free product when you have 100 points of autoship of autoship. Third, being on autoship qualifies you to receive the company car bonus. Fourth, when you join and sign up with the Super Package Deal and go on autoship, you get X amount of free product in that Super Pack. And you can use that for yourself, or use it again as samples with your prospects. Every company has good reasons for going on autoship. Figure out the reasons in your company, and tell your prospects.
